Community Empowerment
Network's (CEN’s) operations are nearly entirely driven by
the efforts of a community of volunteers. We are staffed along the
lines of the Open Source development community. We have several
(currently eight) Working Groups, each with its own lead who manages a
number of Project Leads. These Project Leads are responsible for
building and managing teams of volunteers to execute specific projects.
We’re a small organization and so lines of responsibility
become a little blurred at time, but this provides a terrific
opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and to expand your
skills. For more information on our staffing structure, please visit
Open Volunteer Positions.
