Elisabeth Saxon

Although she enjoys working in business, Elisabeth’s real interests relate to third world development. She is particularly interested in employing business skills and savvy to the non-profit world in order to create fair, sustainable and economically viable solutions. Elisabeth has worked as an expatriate in the UK and Hungary, and has traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Living and traveling abroad piqued her interest in other cultures and ways of life. Since moving to Seattle in 2000, Elisabeth has become an avid mountaineer and has enjoyed hiking, climbing and skiing the Pacific Northwest mountains. Over the past two years, Elisabeth has welcomed two new additions to her family and currently spends most of her free time with her daughter, Hattie, and son, Elliott. Elisabeth joined CEN at the end of 2006 and is currently serving as the board treasurer.
