Dinara was born and raised in Kazakhstan and moved to US at the age of 18. She is currently a third year honors student in marketing at the University of Washington. Although the school curriculum is engaging and rigorous, Dinara feels strongly for working with people and ideas outside of the classroom, which is one of the reasons she became involved with the CEN. She embraces the power of the volunteer initiative that is very strong in US, as compared to some other places in the world, and she is happy to be a part of that initiative by creating marketing materials for the CEN.
Apart from retaining everlasting love for the Russian language, Dinara is also fluent in French. She has traveled in much of Europe and Russia. A descendant of mixed races, Dinara enjoys working with people of variousbackgrounds and understanding factors that shape their perspectives.
Dinara is involved with various students organizations on UW campus and is tutoring undergraduate students in writing papers. One of her favorite quotes is “There are always flowers for those who want to see them”.Caron is a British import and has been living in Washington DC for 3 and a half years. Before moving here she worked as a buyer for aircraft engine materials. She moved to the US with her husband when his job relocated. She started in web design shortly afterwards due to her husbands need for a photography website. She decided to teach herself how to do it and has been hooked ever since. She has been working with CEN since early 2006, and relished the opportunity to re design the site from scratch.
